How to Make Brownie at Home

Brownies are an extremely delicious chocolate dessert  that nearly everyone enjoys. Like something in between a cake and a cookie, they are rich, soft, and slightly chewy. Brownies can be gooey for some people or even more cake-like for others.

How to Make Brownie

Needed Ingredients

  • 200g of Dark chocolate or semi sweet chocolate
  • 100g of unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 300g of sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 125g of maida or wheat flour
  • 40g of Coco power
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • Some Chopped nuts

Steps to make Brownie

Step 1: Melt Chocolate and Butter

  • Melt the 150g of chocolate and 100g butter by double boiling method
  • Stir continously until it melt and smooth like texture

Step 2: Mix Egg and Sugar

  • Take a bowl add eggs one by one  and mix it well
  • Add sugar and mix it well for 3 minutes
  • Add melted chocolate and Butter to this mixture
  • Add 1/4 cup of oil and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to this mixture and mix it well

Step 3: Add Dry Ingredients

  • Add 125g of Maida or Wheat flour
  • Add 40g of coco powder and 2 pinches of  salt
  • Mix it well to combine everything.
  • Add 50g of chocolate to the mixture and mix it

Step 4: Bake the Brownie

  • pour the mixture to the butter greased 8 inch square pan
  • Spread some chopped nuts on the top of batter
  • Preheat the oven to 175C/350F  and bake it for 27 to 28 minutes

Step 5: Cool and Serve

  • Let the brownie cool to room temperature and then cut it into square pieces.
  • Enjoy your brownie with ice cream.
