How To Make Pineapple Halwa At Home

Pineapple Halwa At Home is a delectable and simple Indian dessert prepared with fresh pineapple, sugar, ghee, and cardamom. It has a smooth, glossy texture and a deep flavor. For festivals, special events, or when you want to try something new at home, this halwa is ideal.

Needed Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup of Rava
  • 2 cups of Pineapple
  • 1.25 cups of Sugar
  • one pinch of Salt
  • 8 to 10 tablespoons Ghee
  • Some chopped nuts

Steps to make Pineapple Halwa

  • First we have to soak the Rava for 25 to 30 minutes
  • Add pineapple to the blender and grind until it become smooth paste
  • Then filter the pineapple paste and then blend the soaked rava until it become smooth paste
  • Take a pan Add rava , pineapple paste and one cup of water mix it well and then on the stove
  • Stir continuously until it become thicken
  • Then add sugar and one pinch of salt and mix it well
  • Stir continuously. it become thicken after 20 min
  • After thickening add ghee one by one
  • put one spoon of ghee and stir well and then put another spoon of ghee and stir well Repeat this process for 5 to 6 times
  • Add the roasted nuts to this mixture and mix it well.
  • Your homemade pineapple halwa is ready. let it cool for few minutes and enjoy.
